PROGRAMMED MAINTENANCE

A site specific program of cleaning activities is developed in conjunction with the Customers Property Manager and Pristine's Area Manager. This takes into account the required standards to be maintained and the budget of the client to ensure the facility is appropriately maintained.

SUPERVISION

All Pristine customers benefit from experienced and trained Area Managers who are responsible for the performance of all activities at their allocated sites. Each site has a dedicated team of cleaners with at least one allocated supervisor and a dedicated Area Manager.

INSPECTIONS

As all premises differ in their specific cleaning requirements an individually tailored set of inspection criteria is established and the sites are regularly audited to ensure we are meeting the agreed cleaning regime.

TRAINING

Our cleaning staff are fully inducted prior to commencing work on site. They are provided with training OH&S, correct handling of chemical products, general and specialist cleaning techniques and any site specific requirements.

SECURITY

The security of our customers is paramount which is why we ensure all staff are fully inducted and have photo identification as well as uniforms, to clearly identify them as members of our cleaning staff.
