Pristines' aim is to be the premier cleaning services company in the Southern hemisphere, our goal is to set a level of quality that exceeds our customers' every cleaning need; and then to ensure that this level of service is maintained.

We have a true passion for improving the quality of the working environment of our customers and for us to positively impact on all the users of our customers' facilities as well as the lives of our employees. The management team at Pristine has over 50 years and the company more than a million hours of experience in the cleaning industry.

Our meticulous standards have been encapsulated in our management systems achieving ISO 9001:2008 Quality accreditation, and our Safety focus by achieving AS/NZS 4801:2001. We are also well on the way to achieving Environmental AS/NZS 1400t1 accreditation to ensure we minimise our company's impact on the environment.

Pristine’s owners vision is to generate sufficient wealth to support orphanages in the third world, donating a significant proportion of the company’s profits to this goal.

Pristine currently supports various orphanages and organisations in the following countries: Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu, Madagascar, Ecuador, Africa, Philippines, Ethiopia, Romania, Paraguay and China.

SUPERVISION

All Pristine clients benefit from the attention of qualified and experienced Site Supervisors and Area Managers who are responsible for the performance of all activities at their allocated sites.

Under the direct guidance of the Site Supervisor, a dedicated team of cleaners will ensure the presentation standards are delivered in accordance with your agreed site specific requirements.

INSPECTIONS & AUDITS

Regular site inspections are conducted by the Site Supervisor and Area Manager to ensure your expectations are being met.

In addition to this, the sites are audited at regular intervals to validate that all personnel are complying with company procedures, working instructions, the agreed cleaning regime and standard of presentation.

TRAINING

Put simply, Pristine is its people. We value each and every employee and believe it is important to remunerate appropriately and invest in training. Our training programs build knowledge and confidence in order to work safely and efficiently whilst delivering a high level of service for our clients.

Our Training Co-ordinator will ensure, as a minimum, our staff are trained in a number of areas including:

•  Occupational Health and Safety

•  Hazardous Materials Handling

•  Site Specific Training

 

Our specialist skills training modules include:

•  Public Liability Awareness and Prevention

•  Security Awareness

•  Preparation and Care of all floor surfaces

•  Detailing

•  Washrooms and Kitchens

•  Waste Removal and Control

•  Customer Service

 

All of our employees are remunerated in accordance with Clean Start, or the Cleaning Services Award 2010 – Modern Award
